How many dogs can you walk at once?
We walk a maximum of four dogs per person.
Are you open as normal during Christmas and bank holidays?
Canine Cardio Newport offers its services all year round. During busier periods availability may vary.
Do you have insurance?
Canine Cardio Newport is fully insured with public liability insurance. Please do not hesitate to ask to see a copy of our insurance certificate.
Do you walk dogs off the lead?
Dogs can be walked either on or off the lead depending on the owner’s preference. However Canine Cardio Newport will only let dogs off the lead once a consent form has been signed and it is safe to do so.
Do you arrange picking up and dropping off of the dogs?
We collect your dog/s from your home at an agreed time set by you and then return them after their walk.
Do I need to be home when you collect or drop off my dog/s?
No. If a client is happy to leave a key with Canine Cardio Newport we will collect and drop off your dog even if you are not home.
What do I do if I need to cancel?
In order to avoid charges please give us at least 24 hours notice on any of the contact details provided.
What will happen if my dog/s don't get on with another dog?
Individual dog needs are catered for at all times.
Do you offer out of hours dog walking?
Yes however there may be a surcharge for this.
Do you still walk in severe weather?
Whatever the weather as long as it is safe for your dog/s we walk them.
What will you do in case of an emergency?
In the unlikely event of an emergency we will inform the customer of the issue immediately after the initial situation has been managed.
